Account Executive Responsibilities:
This position requires heavy OUTBOUND cold calling
Proactively develop potential SALES & sell new accounts through telephone prospecting (warm/cold calling)
Build relationships with potential customers, elicit information and assess needs over the phone
Schedule, prepare and deliver web-based product demonstrations
Identify and qualify decision makers is require
Meet sales goals with the drive & motivation to consistently exceed those goals through increased sales

What does it take?
Successful candidate is a motivated self-starter; self-confident; ability to handle rejection
Inside, B2B telephone (Outbound) sales exp. making outbound calls
Must be organized with excellent time management skills
Construction industry sales experience a plus
Great attitude, team player; high energy
Clear and confident communicator
Above average computer skills; experience with Goldmine or CRM
Previous $40+ in sales earnings preferred

This position is responsible for generating new business of our publications and on-line services.

Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 2-5 years inside sales experience involving the use of a web-based contact management program.
